SUFI breathing is a very strong practice that simultaneously activates energy channels and cleanses negative thoughts. The practice consists of two parts: the first part – breathing while sitting with body movements, and the second – lying down, during which the perception and integration of the whole process takes place (we usually start from the second one during online sessions). During breathing, we allow the body to dance, move as it wants, and this is aided by the rhythm of breathing.
