HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SESSION?

It is recommended not to eat a lot and heavy food for three hours before the session. If you have, bring a crystal or some other important item for you, wear loose, comfortable clothing. Also bring water, a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket.

RECOMMENDATION – 10 SESSIONS. WHY?

In one session we introduce ourselves and get to know what breathing is, what it should be like, but in order to achieve results, to feel a strong change, one session will not be enough. Although it is no secret that there have been cases where students experience very profound transformations after one visit.

Clients gain knowledge in sessions gradually, thus reaching their subconscious and harmony in the inner world, for this reason it is recommended to start with 4 sessions or complete a full course of up to 10 breathing sessions.

During the full course, working with the client, we delve into their entire life, from the moment they come into this world. It is a long process during which we actively communicate, do homework, various tasks so that the results continue to be gratifying after the sessions.

WHO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR BREATHING PRACTICE?

Not suitable for pregnant women, people taking antidepressants, people who have pacemakers or a mental disorder.
