Rebefing is a conscious breathing therapy that usually lasts 1-2 hours. During it, in the presence of a rebefing specialist, a person breathes in a rhythmic, continuous, circulating breathing method. During the session, a comfortable environment is created and the person is introduced to free and rhythmic breathing. During it, it becomes clear in which parts of the body the greatest tension is felt. Once they are recognized, the tension can be released. This uses a certain exhalation skill that you will learn to perform and feel during the rebefing session.
These sessions are attended by people who want to feel relaxation and peace and get rid of tension, fear, suffering, pain, guilt, but not all of these states can be let go of. They are respected, perceived, accepted and released with love. It doesn’t happen right away, but after ten or more breathing sessions, the body can become a source of joy, as it was in childhood. Conscious breathing sessions are a particularly powerful tool for the changing of states.
Sometimes, how a client perceives their problem is not the real problem. What is felt / seen externally is just a symptom, a consequence of what has accumulated inside. The real problem is often not understood. It lies deep enough and is protected by unconscious mechanisms, psychological barriers.
During the sessions, we work with the symptom and with the cause that caused the symptom.
A rebefing session lasts about one hour, during which we not only breathe, but also communicate, meditate, share experiences and feelings, discuss the knowledge gained during the session and new experiences felt.
