How to prepare for the session? For those who want better results from a breathing session, it is recommended not to eat heavy food for 3 hours before practice. You can bring to the session if you have a crystal or other item that is important to you. Also take a yoga mat, pillow and blanket, and wear non-restrictive clothing.
Breathing practices are not suitable for pregnant women, people taking antidepressants, pacemakers or mental disorders.
